Can not show full segate HDD detail

I have five 3TB of segate ST3000VX HDD.
But one of them can not show full detail with HWinfo64 v5.88
Moreover, other software can show all detail with that HDD.
Can anyone fix it?

Thanks. 3 of those Seagate drives are attached to the integrated Intel SATA controller, but the 4th one seems to be attached to a different controller, perhaps the SI3132. Is that correct?

Yes. The 4th hdd connect with SI3132 pci-e card.

That must be the reason. HWiNFO doesn't have dedicated support for this controller, so it cannot retrieve drive details when connected to such controller.
Which other tool is able to read details of this drive?

HWMonitor, CPU-Z , crystaldiskinfo are also able to read all details of that HDD with that controller.

Thank you for your file.
I have test it. It can show hdd information with that controller.
However, it can not show the smart data (Can not count the temperture) under that controller.

Unfortunately I don't know how to retrieve SMART data for this controller yet.
