Cant see Fan information.

And no matter what I do the fan info does not appear on the hwinfo stats..

What can I do? Thanks

I read that but ive seen youve been helping some clevo users and I was wondering if I could be one of those lucky ones 
BTW the model is Clevo P870DM if you ca help this old fellow. thanks again
