Consistent crash when switching to Desktop

HWinfo consistently crashes when I call the Desktop (Windows 10) via C:\Windows\explorer.exe shell:::{3080F90D-D7AD-11D9-BD98-0000947B0257}. Debug file attached.

The attached Debug File doesn't seem to capture any crash. Was it taken during the crash?
