Corsair hx1200i (2023 model) supported?

I've just bought a new Corsair hx1200i PSU (latest model - 2023?). It's not recognized by HWInfo64 v8.04-5470. The PSU is recognized by iCue SW and is reporting values.

Is this new version the PSU supported?

Thanks,

Berardino

Martin,

That's disappointing. I bought the HX1200i so that I can monitor it from HWInfo as the previous version was supported. Any idea when this version might be supported?

Thanks,

Berardino

No idea as Corsair doesn't cooperate. Not just that they don't provide any information, they are not even willing to resolve collision issues with iCue and other monitoring tools.
Monitoring Corsair devices is a nightmare and there are several threads about this on this forum.

That sucks. I'll go post a message in their forums. it probably won't help, but it definitely can't hurt. Thanks for a great product!

I can create a test build by assuming it works same as earlier models, but really not sure if that will work.
Would you be willing to give it such a test try?

Hello, i've the same problem of Baratta930, just bought the HX1200i 2023 and disapointed that HWINFO didn't support (and btw MSI Afterburner where i have my overlay)

I'd be happy to test it too dear Martin.

I just test it, very nice job the PSU is now recognized !!!

Can i use this HWINFO version without any problem ? Or we need to wait a stable version now that you know it works?

I would like to take this opportunity (random I didn't expect you to answer so quickly) to thank you for your incredible work that I have been following for years.

Best regards From France

Thank you for the good news :)
Yes, you can use this version without concern. There's a new official Beta build planned soon that will include this support too.

Thanks Martin for the test build and for xaeterza for testing it. The file isn't available anymore but the latest beta build is working great!

Take care!

Hello i see a bug, when Corsair Link / Asetek Assistance is enabled on HWINFO, ICUE disconnect my AIO from control randomly ; need to restart the computer.

When i disable the Corsair Link / Asetek Assistance on HWINFO's settings, no more problem but the PSU infos on HWINFO are not displayed anymore.

Any tips for fix it ?

Regards

Its not a bug, its expected.

The build posted is to be able to monitor the PSU within HWinfo, without iCue, not with it. If you use iCue with any other software, they collide. As Martin pointed out earlier, this is due to iCue not wanting to play nice and share data bus with other software (aka the Corsair Mutex). Sadly, the choice is iCue vs other software (HWinfo, OpenRGB, SignalRGB, FanControl...).

As @Fr0stX76 already described, this problem should be addressed to Corsair.
