CPU #0

I've just installed HWiNFO064 and i don't understand the CPU #0 core clock green green bar graphs.

The little table lists the four core "clocks" but periodically it flashes from all green bars to all red bars.
It seems to coincide with small fluctuations from 3414 to 3442 MHz.

I've been having 'crashes or lock ups' on BF4 sometimes they are severe enough to cause an internet disconnect .. Teamspeak or Ventrillo will drop out.
I'm thinking it could also be a problem with my ISP/connection or even video.

AMD PhenomII X4 965 black
ATI/AMD Radeon HD 5850
8 meg GSkill F3 12800

What's this telling me?

thanks,
marc

The CPU clock bars have the following meaning:
Green - clock below HFM (High Frequency/Marketed Clock)
Yellow - clock above HFM and below maximum Turbo clock
Red - clock above maximum Turbo clock

Do you think the crashes or lockups are caused by HWiNFO, or is this a general system problem ?

No, no.. crashes/locks were present before HWiNFO .. i dl'd it to help diagnose.

above max Turbo Clock? 3414 to 3443 isn't much and that 965 should have have a lot of OC headroom.

where is the turbo clock set?
