CPU die (average) extremes

I've seen a few other threads about this but unsure of my situation and worried about potential damage, sorry if there's a clear answer somewhere.



I originally thought this was caused by having multiple monitoring software's opening at once as mentioned in other threads, but this time it occurred with only hwinfo open.

Is that 133.2c temp actually accurate or some type of bug?
Could this be causing any damage to my hardware?
Why are the Core and L3 temperatures at 0c?

AMD Ryzen 7 7800Xd3 4.2 GHz 8-core processor

Please let me know if I can provide any other relevant info, thank you in advance.

Thread 'HWiNFO64 CPU Die (Average) Spike?'

As you can see from the image below, I had HWiNFO64 open and minimized to tray for a while. Wasn't playing games or anything but when I opened it back up it showed that the Maximum CPU Die (Average) was 104.2c. How could this be possible? As you can see from my other temps from the sensors, everything appears to be fine. Is this a bug or?
