CPU Die Reading 115C?

I have ran Cinebench R20 single thread for 1 hour. Was not able to monitor the whole process as I need to do other things. Then after coming back for 1 hour I saw CPU die MAX temp did reach 115C while CPU CCD1, CCD2, CPU IOD Hotspot, CPU IOD Average was all below 80C. Also No thermal Throttling was reported. please refer to the attached screenshot.

Mobo: Asus Crosshair VIII Dark Hero
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x
CPU Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360mm

I think I know now. I am Using CTR 2.1 RC 1.5

Power deviation should not be reported if you're not on stock settings. HWinfo bootted up before CTR that's why HWInfo thinks I am still on stock settings and also hence the abnormal temp readings.

Yes, CTR can interfere with HWiNFO and cause such issues.

Do this means my chip is completely fine and I have nothing to worry about? because I just bought it last Nov 6.

Yes, the CPU should be fine.

Oh Just now I had it again, now it's showing 130C.

And you're still running CTR ?

Yes CTR is still running, but it is abnormal if you see on the Frequency Limit - Global, max freq = 9,900mhz

I told you above that when you run CTR it will interfere with HWiNFO causing invalid readouts. Yet you're still asking the same and wondering.
