CPU Effective Clock Sensor Missing

Hey guys

I just did a fresh install of Windows 11 and downlaoded HWiNFO from the official website and upon first starting HWiNFO I noticied that my CPU Effective Clock sensor is missing. Does anyone know how to get this sensor back or do I have to download the AMD chipset drivers to be able to get this sensor. I have an AMD 5950x cpu with an EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 XC3 Gaming Ultra graphics card and an Asus ROG Crosshair VII Hero (Wi-Fi) ATX AM4 motherboard.

Not sure if AMD chipset drivers would bring it, you can try. It might be also blocked by HVCI.
I'd need to see the HWiNFO Debug File to check in detail.

Ok I just tried doing a clean install and resetting my sensors and the CPU Effective Clock sensor is still missing. I just put HWiNFO into debug mode and got the debug file. I attached my HWiNFO debug file to my post here but I got an error mesage when uploading my debug file that says "The uploaded file is too large for the server to process. Here is a picture of the erro message here PIC. Is there another recomended way of uploading my HWiNFO debug file?

Compress the file before attaching (ZIP, RAR, 7z).
Thanks for the help! My HWiNFO debug file (HWiNFO64.DGB) is 123 MB. I have tried compressing the file with both 7-zip and winrar and then tried uploading it to my post here but for both the zip file from 7 zip and the rar file from winrar but both files get the "The uploaded file is too large for the server to process" error message. I just uploaded the zip file to Mega so I'll just give you the link to that and see if that works. Here is the link

HWiNFO reads the Effective Clock, so those values might be just hidden in sensor.
Do a full "Reset Preferences" via main settings in HWiNFO, then close HWiNFO and start again.

Ok I just reset my preferences for HWiNFO and closed it out. I restarted my computer and opened HWiNFO and I still don't see an cpu effective clock sensor anywhere. I attached my new debug file of HWiNFO with the prefercnes reset to this post. The website finally let me attach my file lol.

Okay so there is the effective clock and the instant (discrete) clock. What would the Core Effective Clocks be considered?
