cpu fan system auto not responding

please help me i can't turn it back as it was .
i used sensors feature and i ran fan speed control ,
 after i used manual mod system auto mod not responding and even if i press it fan isn't working ,
i tried to exit the program and restart my DELL inspiron 15 corei5 but nothing happend still not working....
please send me the solution fastly  i can't keep using custom mod
