System:
- HP Victus 16-e0333AX
- ryzen 5 5600H
- 16GB RAM
- rtx 3060 6 GB

Issue:
I noticed this weird thing happening, when I unplug my laptop, the processor throttles for a split second and everything's normal after that. I have also observed that this only happens when my gpu is being utilized, I can't replicate this behavior when the gpu is idling. I have attached a recording of this behavior below, someone help me make sense of this, thank you!

Your video is not visible, but I watched the specifications of the machine on the HP - there are two strongly warming elements in it - the CPU releasing 45 W and the video processor releasing 80 watts of heat, respectively and the thermal interface may not cope with the removal of heat from crystals, which causes overheating.

As one of the solutions to first clean everything from dust, it will not help - the replacement of thermal stories with new ones, the benefit of plants produce silicone thermal layers with thermal conductivity of 16.8 W/MK and above. Just do not take too thick. Optimally the same as factory or slightly thinner. Do and see how the computer behaves.
