CPU throttling at 73 celsius

Hi,

I have lenovo y50-70 with intel i7 4710 HQ, GTX 860m 4gb

my problem that the cpu start throttling when it reach 73 celsius,
in HWinfo it says VRmax,ICCmax yes, and in intel XTU power limit and current limit both yes and sometimes it is just current limit.
