freakyyyy New Member Feb 27, 2019 #1 Hi, I have a problem with X399 TR4 motherboard the Voltage Regulator in the BIOS H/W it shows 92C which makes my CPU run Undervoltage and drops speeds and when I touched the heatsink on the mobo physically there's no heat at all! why???? Pic:
