Crash On CPU Detection

Hey all,

Whenever I try to launch HWinfo64, I get as far as detecting CPU #0 (I have made it to #1 once or twice) before the program hangs and is listed as not responding.

Cannot close the process through task manager, and it takes up all of core 1. I don't know where to find the log files, or if there are any.

Q6600 OCed to 3.2Ghz
HD 6970
2Tb Seagate
8gb DDR3 Ripjaws X
GA-P35C-DS3R
Windows 7 Home Premium - 64-bit

As first please try to disable the "Use HPET" option in HWiNFO Configure/Safety settings.
If that doesn't help, please attach a Debug File capturing the hang.
