A quite strange issue is this..
What happens exactly, an application crash or does the entire system crash (BSOD) ?
Can you try to disconnect some of your USB devices (i.e. keyboard) and see what happens then?

holy i disconnected my joypad and works Thx man

as you have said to me because of usb devices.I saw that my controller was still connected with usb. (Nacon lighting edition) plug and play.I disconnected than and owrked than fine..i think it was complicated because of that. finally worked
