Crashing on Sensor Mode

Hi there.

My computer is an HP Envy 13 (2019) with following specs:

• Windows 10 Home
• i7-10510U
• 16 GB RAM
• NVIDIA GeForce MX250

I installed HWiNFO 64-bit, v6.2.8 installer version. The application crashes when I enter Sensor mode - it gets stuck on the screen below.



I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but it still crashes. Also I have tried the portable versions (both v6.2.8 and v6.2.9), however, these also crash when I enter Sensor mode (stuck on the above screen).

Attached is my debug file. Can you please take a look?

SMBus seems to be somehow blocked on this system and that's causing heavy delays resulting in a hang.
I'm not sure what exactly is causing this, probably some weird feature on that system.
Try to disable "SMBus Support" in HWiNFO if that will help.

Yes it works now after I have disabled the SMBus Support. Thanks!
