Is it possible to have included the output load, battery capacity figures in the HWinfo64?

We have no information about protocol used by this device but can try a common UPS protocol.
What USB VID/PID does that device use? Should be visible in Device Manager under Details - Hardware ID or in HWiNFO.

This device is already on the list in HWiNFO for UPS support. Does HWiNFO show some UPS data in sensors?

unfortunately there's no sensor info about the device. My previous UPS' (APC) sensor info were located at the bottom of right column:

179 hidden values are not related to UPS FYI.

For some reason this device doesn't expose the HID interface. I assume it's not listed under "Human Interface Devices" in Device Manager.

There're some HID-complient consumer control device et al but no further info once i clicked them.
