Enhanced Intel SpeedStep (GV3)

Hi, need a little explanation:
HWiNFO64 says:
Enhanced Features                                                              
Enhanced Intel SpeedStep (GV3):  Supported, Enabled
but in bios EIST is disabled so I'm confused , can someone explain me?

pc specs

MB : MSI Z87 MPOWER MAX (MS-7815)
CPU: Intel Core i7 4770K
PSU: Seasonic X-1050
RAM : 2x Corsair 8192 MBytes Memory DDR3 SDRAM CML16GX3M2A1600C10
OS: Windows 10 64
GPU: MSI GTX 980 Ti Gaming 6G
BIOS VER: 1.a (1.10)
oc genie enabled
eist in bios is greyed out but I can read the option and it says disabled.
Any info is really apreciated, thanks.

Well, that looks like EIST is really enabled. Not sure exactly why - whether the BIOS doesn't really disable it (or another setting in BIOS prevents it from disabling), or something else (i.e. Operating system) does enable it later...
