HWiNFO reports current fan speeds. Fan failing is almost impossible to detect as there are systems that can stop the fans if temperature is low enough.
You can setup an alarm for below a certain fan level in HWiNFO.
I was warned by Kerish Doctor for my Win10 PC that 1 of the 4 fans was not operating.
So are you saying that HWInfo is unable to verify that?
