Running this software (especially the LibreHardwareMonitor component it's using) along with HWiNFO can cause conflicts between both software. There were several reports of issues in the past. This might have been fixed/improved in later releases, but we haven't verified this yet.
LibreHardwareMonitor uses a vulnerable kernel driver (WinRing0) that's already blocked by some antivirus software. Original version of this driver is also on Microsoft's blacklist, although not yet applied to some forks like LHM.

By default, AMD uses the "CPU Tctl/Tdie" sensor for CPU cooler temp control.
Tctl = T_control
This is what the board will use in BIOS to control CPU cooler through CPU_FAN header or CPU_OPT header, if no third party software is installed.
