(FAN CONTROL V214) "NVAPi could not be initialized or there are no sensors present"

Good evening,

I have a problem with the FAN CONTROL V214 software. The error message "NVAPi could not be initialized or there are no sensors present" appears. Unfortunately, no sensors are detected and I cannot adjust the GPU settings.

Can anyone tell me what could be wrong? I have an MSI THIN 15 B12UC. Could this be the cause of the problem or is the software incompatible with my device? I am not very experienced in this matter and would be grateful for any help.
