Help analyzing HWiNFO log (nvlddmkm crash related)

Like many others, I'm experiencing nvlddmkm related freezing and black screens recently. The issues started in mid-January, the PC is new and had been running perfectly since December.

Symptoms:

- The Windows UI becomes partially unresponsive after random activities (e.g. switching browser tabs or opening apps like Spotify or Discord)
- This unresponsiveness eventually leads to black screen after several minutes of stuttering
- The black screen either results in a crash or a display driver reset
- The issue repeats itself until the system is restarted

Workaround:

Restarting the system immediately after startup seems to prevent the issue. Once restarted, the system remains 100% stable - capable of heavy gaming, running 3DMark, OCCT stress tests, and MemTest86 for several hours without any problems.

I finally managed to capture the exact moment in the HWiNFO log, but I need help analyzing it:

https://1drv.ms/x/c/65aa2ee85c6dacb7/EdtknINu_9BPjZ7nSur0c1YBAevnVFStx1TiZRLYnAaHKA?e=QRhJKk

22:08 - everything was fine till this moment
22:09 - the issue occurred
22:10 - the system freezing until the nvlddmkm crash

What I have observed is many of GPU sensors in GPU Rail Powers group getting stuck and GPU Wait (ms), CPU Busy (ms) increasing to some absurd numbers. I have no idea how to interpret these observations though.

PC specs are:

RTX 4070 SUPER
AMD Ryzen 5 7500F
ASRock B650I Lightning WiFi
G.Skill Flare X5 DDR5 32GB 6000MHz
Corsair PSU SF 750W

Any insights on what might be causing this issue would be greatly appreciated.
