Help to read logs

Hey, I just bought new pc parts and it seems to have some type of problem when I start gaming specific Arma 3 (high load on pcu game) so i logged it when it happened with HWINFO but I can't understand anything.
i am guessing it some thing with the cpu.

Hi Otto,

the only thing I notice when quickly looking at the logs is that the 12V voltage is sometimes very low and quite close to the minimum permitted 12V ATX voltage of 11.4 V.
For the future, it would also be helpful if the language for generating log files is set to English, otherwise almost no one can understand the log category.
