Martin HWiNFO Author Staff member May 31, 2023 #2 AFAIK later AMD Zen CPUs don't use Clock Stretching. Reduced clock might be due to several other reasons - e.g. thermal, TDP, TDC, EDC limits. Check the respective limit values in % to see which one is the reason.
