Help with PSU Voltage Readings?

Hello,

I have been having a lot of trouble with random PC crashes and I have realized that one of the things that I changed about the time the crashes started was I put in a different power supply.  I was trying to monitor my voltage readings and assumed I should look at the +12v and +5v, but was wondering what the readings for things like VDD Voltage and NB Current are?  They seem to be fluctuating like crazy and with large variances where the +5V and +12V are stable.
 
There are several other rails in a system where it's absolutely normal that they change based on actual load/usage. That's OK.

Thank you!  I assumed, but just wanted to make sure I was reading things correctly.
