Have you perhaps disabled monitoring of some items on the 2nd GPU ?
Please attach a screenshot showing both GPU values.

Look likes I fixed problem...
I removed my second GPU from my computer. Then my PC got BSoD (iStorA.sys) I went to MSI's website to find intel RST driver but they didn't put updated driver in there.
So i went to intel's website and downloaded new RST driver. Now it's 15.9.0.1015
I put my second GPU back, Now memory is no longer leaking.

That's interesting. I'm wondering how could Intel RST driver affect a leak in GPU driver...

Maybe RST had some issue with memory handling... poked into GPU driver and monitoring software.
But Afterburner is still leaking...

Anyway it's fixed now. Thanks for your help! :D

Only a workaround until AMD will fix this in their drivers - disable Crossfire.
