HW Info64 7.60-5170 unable to Communicate with Stream Deck

-Stream Deck 6.3.0.18948 is unable to Communicate with HWInfo64 .
-%appdata% plugin HWInfo cleared an download from Gifthub problem not solve.
-Streamdeck and HWInfo deinstall and install problem persists.
I'm not familiar with HWInfo and I'm very new to the program, if there is a solution, I apologize for my question.

Make sure that:
- HWiNFO is running and the Sensors window is active
- "Shared Memory Support" feature is enabled
