Hwinfo and bios showing different values ?

Hello. I used hwinfo64 to help me tighten my ram timings everything seems good so far but my tRRD_S is stuck at 18 no matter what value i set in bios. I got 4 sticks of G.skill F4-3200C16-8GIS and b460-plus and a 10400 (limiting my speed to 2666mhz). Im on the latest bios version and also i appreciate any input on the other timings (first time trying to config sub and third timings)

For Intel the tRRD_S parameter might be in BIOS referred as tRRD or tRRD_DG (ACT to ACT delay different bank group).

In my bios, i only have the options to change tRRD_S and tRRD_L.
i also tried using scewin to find any hidden parameters but couldnt find any.
