HWInfo crashes on boot

I am running the latest 32bit version of HWInfo on a Toshiba Sattelite Pro 400 CDT (Pentium 1) with a fresh install of Windows 95 (B). The program crashes always at the same point "detecting superIO/LPC. What's wrong? Thank you.

Detecting LPC on some legacy systems can cause issues. If you attach the HWiNFO Debug File of the crash I can look into that.
You can also try to skip LPC detection by adding the following at the end of HWiNFO32.INI file (under the [Settings] section):
LPC1=0
LPC2=0
