HWiNFO no longer works after a system restore

For some reason, I can't get the program to start up anymore, with an error saying it cannot install the drivers. I even tried to remove it but it gives me this error 0x430. I have attached the log to the post. I'm running Windows 10 64bit Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134

Sorry, I can't see anything attached. Are you using the installer or portable version? The HWiNFO Debug File would be helpful.

HWiNFO is unable to install its driver, which is currently marked for delete, but something in the system is blocking it.
Try to restart the system and then try again.
