There are such GPUs floating on the internet, just put "fake NVIDIA GPUs" into search ;)
Basically those are older generation GPUs with modded BIOSes and fake coolers+packaging sold as newer generations.
 
Ahhh, it's not a no-name chip pretending to be nvidia...

BTW, Nvidia does that officially, they re-brand older GPUs as newer ones, for example, the GT620 is a rebranded GT440. The GT610 is a rebranded GT520, etc...
