According to Window's Event Viewer, HWInfo64 crashes on startup (every time the program start, I have it set to start at startup)

Every single error has this report:

Faulting application name: HWiNFO64.EXE, version: 5.4.2.0, time stamp: 0x585b8231
Faulting module name: igdrcl64.dll, version: 20.19.15.4474, time stamp: 0x575eea96
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x000000000007a74a
Faulting process id: 0x1530
Faulting application start time: 0x01d26d651cb3d8d7
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\HWiNFO64\HWiNFO64.EXE
Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\igdrcl64.dll
Report Id: 43c21249-a98c-4a8c-b8cd-66f64771fe45
Faulting package full name:
Faulting package-relative application ID:

The thing is, it doesn't seem to actually affect usage of the sensors. I use the sensors through Rainmeter to have quick access to my temps and usage. Everything works fine, it's just the error pops up in event viewer.

Attached is a debug report from opening and closing the program, and my system report.

Well, this seems to be a crash in Intel Graphics OpenCL library.
Your CPU should have an integrated Intel GPU, is it disabled ? Perhaps this might be the cause.
You might try to upgrade the Intel Graphics drivers to see if that helps. If not, try to disable the "Wake disabled GPUs" option in HWiNFO.

Yep, that was it. Disabled the "Wake disabled GPUs" setting in HWiNFO, did the trick.

Thanks for your help.
