i7 10700K + z490 TUF - Which is the best sensor to look at for temps?

I'm really new to this thing of following and checking temps, but I'm trying to pay a little more attention to these details. On HWinfo are a few options of temps and I get confused on which to check. I attached the options.




Also, I don't know if these temps are good for my CPU. Sometimes I get spikes to 50ºC. I tried SpeedFan and its readings are lower temps than the ones showed on HwInfo.

I recommend to follow the "CPU Package" temperature.
50 ºC is perfectly OK.
