installer hash mismatch

Both local and fosshub versions of the installer (7.22) have the following SHA256 hash:
A3CFA130EF6A5B2AAA19372DBFDC9C944EF8071030F2410C080E2046A25FD9D4

However SAC ftp has a different one:
CD3B833A8FC782E2A44CB8D4720146A60A000D31DAF45E5206A0F4502DCE6F31

Shouldn't it be the same?
