Intel 11900kf VID voltage values BIG spikes

Hello,

I have an Asus TUF Z590 motherboard with Intel 11900KF running on Default XTU profile.
When I've installed HWInfo and started to observe different values I've noticed a big spikes in VID voltage values under a low loads, when CPU goes to 5.1 - 5.3 Ghz
The maximum observed was around 1.67V, usually it spikes to 1.57V, and the average VID is around 1.35V.
At the same time, the maximum Vcore voltage reported by the motherboard (Nuvoton chip) are not higher than 1.403V

Which value should I check to verify if my CPU is running safely ? I don't see the other source of voltage information in HWInfo, only VID and Vcore

I understand that VID is just a request to the voltage regulator, not a really obtained voltage value, but even though, it's quite scary to see such numbers.
Everybody says 1.6 -1.7 volts is a dead zone, so, why CPU wants to kill himself and requests that?!
I've also read the Intel documentation which says that maximum operating voltage for 11th Gen CPUs is 1.72V... Yes... such as for 13th and 14th Gen ones... :) I don't trust Intel

If you turn off the "Ring Down Bin" in BIOS, the Vcore can be significantly higher than usual.

The VID tables is based on Uncore frequency from my own search, lower the uncore frequency to 4,0Ghz or below and you will see significantly reduction in voltage requested and needed.

At the same time, the maximum Vcore voltage reported by the motherboard (Nuvoton chip) are not higher than 1.403V
This is what is really important. VIDs are just requests.
I think you are fine.

Latest issues of 13/14th gen are due to actual Vcore spiking at 1.6v together with high frequency 5.7~6.0GHz and maximum temperature 95-100C.
