What do you exactly mean by "hyperthreading mode", if it's enabled ? You can easily determine this based on number of active threads/cores.
XTU doesn't report this information.

Intel XTU doesn't provide HTT state and this information can easily be gathered from other information returned by HWiNFO.

sorry, i can't believe this.
this is reported same like turbo mode.

HTT state on hwinfo is disabled displayed on system summary in hwinfo btw.

forgot to say:

tRC is disabled blank in system summary but it is well read in XTU in hwinfo.
