Is My PSU Failing?

I've been experiencing sudden shutdowns while playing Witcher 3. Checked GPU temps and everything seems normal, max temp hovering around 70-75C, CPU is around 60C.
PC completely shut down on me 2-3x already and I noticed that almost all were in cutscenes and areas that require a lot of rendering.
I'm not experiencing this with CS:GO.

I created a log so I can review some data for the latest shutdown. But I'm mainly looking at temps.
Any more sensors I should be checking?

I'd love to swap some components to narrow down the problem, but I don't have an extra PSU let alone a GPU lying around.

System:
i7-4790
GTX 1070Ti
Seasonic G-550
8GB RAM

Hi Tom,

Been monitoring voltages on the csv log file that hwinfo made and I'm seeing nothing out of the ordinary. Or maybe it's just me. I'll try to upload it here for your reference as well.

I also tried an OCCT stress test on the GPU (from and idle of 60°C) and the PC immediately shutdown after a second.

I have an extra 8-pin cable for the GPU that came with the PSU. I'll give it a try and let you know if the issue persists.

Thank you!
