Memory Clock Incorrect?

My Ram speed is showing up as 2066mhz on HWinfo but it's supposed to be at 4133mhz. It shows as 4133mhz in the bios and in windows but not HWinfo.

Is this a bug?

I just realised that x2 it's the correct speed. Is that how it's supposed to be displayed?

HWiNFO displays the real memory (command) clock. DDR memories often report x2 the clock to denote Double Data Rate.
