My problem i can't see in sensors option layout DIMM Temp.

Using HWiNFO64 v4.39-2205

Sorry, but I cannot see any files attached. Please check again.
Are you sure your mainboard can monitor DIMM temperatures, or your modules contain a temperature sensor (TSOD) ?

You mainboard doesn't support reading of the DIMM temperatures and your DIMM modules don't seem to contain any temperature sensor. So it's not possible to measure that.

Yes its seems my mainboard doesn't support reading DIMM Temp, I want to know which feature should my DIMM support to read Temp (not mainboard)

It's the On-die Thermal Sensor (ODTS). If you want to buy such modules, make sure that this feature is present.
