missing isl69138 on z390 ultra

I have trouble reading the values from Isl 69138, I can't see any data from this chip, is something locked?
the board is aourus z390 ultra

Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File for analysis, but note that VRMs might not be directly accessible on all boards or they can be locked by the vendor.

but i remeber before i can read this sensor now dissapear

Do you remember what you did between when it worked and stopped working? A BIOS update perhaps?

also but also put back this same bios to find again this sensor , nothing help

Sorry, I don't know why is this happening. I'd suggest to full power off the system and start again.
Do you recall when it used to work, was that with the same HWiNFO version?

i made full power of , no result , no before that was 6,22 version , but actually i check all of them from 6.00 to 6.28 no result
