Hi,
My Mobo is an Asrock H510M-HDV-> https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/H510M-HDV/index.asp
I wish to monitor the temp. of my Mobo, being
1.VRM &
2.Mobo itsef (PCH Chipset ? )
Is this achievable ?

I am using HWinfo64 & under 'AsRock H510M-HDV'(my Mob), I noticed temp. reading @
'AUXTIN3' &
'CPU (PECI)'
What are they measuring, see attached image ?

Thanks SO much.

That mainboard doesn't support monitoring of VRM temperature.
AUXTIN3 might be the mainboard temperature but to be clear Mainboard temperature monitoring for this board will be added in the next build of HWiNFO.

Thanks

1.VRM Temp: can I use another-temp sensor as a guide, say CPU-temp plus 15 °C ?

2.What is this measuring-> 'CPU (PECI)' & note the temp in previous image ?

Thanks

1. No, that would be total guessing when the maiboard doesn't have a sensor on//in VRM.
2. "CPU (PECI)" should be reporting the internal CPU temperature similar to CPU DTS.

To monitor the CPU temp. I should be using 'CPU(PECI)', right ?
What does 'CPU' temp measure ?
Thanks

1. No, that would be total guessing when the maiboard doesn't have a sensor on//in VRM.
May be your educated guess is better than none ?
Pls have a look at that Asrock H510M-HDV link above & make some suggestion.
It's an entry level board & like to have similar VRM characteristic as Asrock B560M-HDV-> https://www.techspot.com/bestof/intel-b560-motherboards/
My system has a good airflow, but not as good as the set-up in the link above: 'high-tier'.
Thanks SO much.
