That is most probably not a valid value for your system.
Can you please attach the HWiNFO Debug File as described here: https://www.hwinfo.com/forum/threads/read-this-before-submitting-a-report.241/
and I will analyze it.

How long does the debug mode have to run?
btw. Here is another Scan-Screenshot.
I finished the debug run after 15 minutes. Hopefully that's enough.
The debug file had over 8 Mb and I packed it.

The value currently shown as CPU/CPUTIN is not the correct CPU temperature on your system, ignore this value. Your true CPU temperature is the value currently shown as "CPU (PECI)" in HWiNFO.
I will fix this in the next HWiNFO build, so that it's properly displayed.
