New to WHiNFO needing help on what is wrong

I've recently been having performance issues with my pc and after looking online i was recommended HWiNFO and after downloading it i recorded a monitoring session but i dont know what is ok and what isnt and i dont really know what im looking at or where to start some help would be really appreciated ive attached the log files here aswell
