Im try to start with Debug enabled mode but program is freezze and dead, im upload HWiNFO64.DBG with all log before dead:
Hwinfo report file: https://file.io/9o3GuPrjqx2C

Motherboard: Supermicro X12DPL-NT6
Chipset: Intel C621A (Lewisburg) PCH

Im use Samsung DDR4 (Registered DIMM) 64gb memory M393A8G40AB2-CWE
Size 512gb (8 * 64gb)

Please help, hwinfo cannot work with it configuration or its bug ?

Such mainboards usually use proprietary mechanisms to lock access to DIMM SPDs, so it's not possible to read this information without vendor support.

It depends on model - some might lock only one half of the DIMM banks and if modules are in the other bank, then they might be detected.

im try use Aida Extreme, it show little bit more info but not all.
im find same problem on aida forum, so u right motherboard lock windows applications access to SPD
In "Motherboard" section:

in "SPB" section in FULL EMPTY
in "Chipset" section (have some wrong data):

Maybe it helped you to some update/find way to getting more info.

Im found another one tool, who can determine correct model/size/speed/voltage memory its "SIV - System Information Viewer"

So, its possible on my supermicro motherboard but how it work i not understand! Program sat "No memory DIMM SPD data was found", but anyway show information!

That's not detailed enough, probably information taken from SMBIOS DMI. Check that section in HWiNFO.

Yes! Thank you! In SMB section we can read this data in HWinfo!
This information is still much more than nothing! you can find out the model of the RAM bar and buy a new suitable one even if you do not have a label on the memory!
