Not responding

program launches then not responding.
tried 64 and 32 versions

win7 64
gtx 970
i7 4470
z87-pro

I've tried all sorts of disabling settings
kill rain meter
kill msi fan control
it never show gpu stats

gpu oberserver .widget runs fine

asus fan control service is running

if I run sensors only, my rainmeter says please start hwinfo

i've pretty much given up on this app
