Power Reporting Deviation at 50-80% while idle

AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
Radeon 6700xt
2x16 G.Skill Trident Z (32GB total)
Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AX

As you can see from the screenshot below, the CPU reporting is under reporting power for some reason even though my temps are fairly low. This metric doesn't change much when I play games either, the accuracy is still the same even though my CPU temps increase to 40-60c. Will this cause any issues? and if so, how can I fix this?
