Pro License

Can you tell me how much time it normally takes after ordering the pro version do you get your license in an email. Checked Spam and trash account, nothing showed up there and there's a pending amount on my credit card, so thought I would get an email in with the software download and license pretty quickly after ordering. Apparently that's not the case or something went wrong somewhere.
