Is any tool available that imports the *.csv to read it better?

Sorry, but this can have so many reasons. It might even be software/driver related and beyond the scope of this forum.
You can analyze the CSV in Excel for example or this: https://www.hwinfo.com/forum/Thread-LogViewer-for-HWINFO-is-available
