respin periode from hell

i wanted to change the respin periode to 1000ms but i ended up in 10ms and the program keeps crashing.

i cant find appdata folder that hold these settings and uninstall and re-install does not reset my fan settings....help

You can either reset all settings (including the fan respin period) by pressing "Reset Preferences" in the Configure screen, or change the value of respin period directly in registry under:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HWiNFO32\Sensors\FanCtrlRespinPeriod
or
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HWiNFO64\Sensors\FanCtrlRespinPeriod
