Sensors not loading on startup

Long time user, multiple different PCs. I'm having an issue where sensors don't load at startup as they always have previously in every install I've ever had. Yes, it is set up to load them at startup. This is a new, clean Windows 11 Pro install. Also unique to this PC is the right click menu items on the taskbar notification icons. No idea if this is related. Can't get a grasp on why this is happening with the one install and no others all on the same latest version. On the "problem" install, when I right click to open the sensors on the notification icon it takes a while for the sensors window to show up, I assume because they are not loading on startup. Also noted but may be anecdotal, the longer before I notice that they have not started (because temps are not being reported) on a bootup the longer it takes for the sensors to load and HWinfo has even crashed once when I noticed this some days after the bootup and tried to start/open sensors. Once open, all sensor reporting is normal and I can close the sensor window and all is normal.

As for what shows on the right click menu for this install which is unique, I'll show in captures below. The one with more menu items is the install that mostly refuses to start sensors on startup, the other is every other install running here.

If anyone has any ideas that would be great. I feel like somehow, I'm missing something I should be able to notice.

This might be due to the settings you have used. The first picture seems to indicate HWiNFO is started in default mode with the main window. I suspect you didn't configure it to also automatically open sensors, which can be enabled in the main settings. Alternatively you could use the Sensors-only mode.

I've been very busy and unable to fool with this much. I have it configured to automatically open sensors. Which brings me to another issue I'm suddenly having with it that had me chasing other things. Going back to where I indicated that I had to manually select for it to open sensors for them to work, now when I do MsMpEng.exe is constantly at work using cpu and making my fans run unnecessarily. Something has apparently really gone awry with this install of HWiNFO that I have not experienced on any other install. I have a feeling that the only way I'm going to be able to resolve it is by uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I've been thru all the settings repeatedly and compared to my other installs to ensure I have it as set there and the issues remain.
