serious changes need to be applied regarding video card data reporting

I've recently upgraded from a RTX4070 to a 4070Ti Super and wanted to see how the card performs and I was baffled and confused by the data PIDs

let's get something clear out of the gate, I work in tech support for a very very long time, not some random dude on a forum or YT "creator"

this is a GPU:

this is a video card:

why then I see data like GPU Rail Powers, GPU PCIe 12V Input Power, GPU 16pin HVPWR !??! what does that even mean !? a video card is not a GPU, a GPU is not a Video Card
I seriously do not understand what am I looking at, I have to twist my brains to interpret what the hell is written to what it should've been - WHY !?

please, seriously, take a look at GPU-Z and take notes

you cannot bring info like PCIe power when mentioning GPU, board power yes .. but not GPU; same with HVPWR

this is not the 1st time I wanted to write to you about this, but this time it got to me

it's ok,

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who posts topics about the problems with this site and hwinfo itself. This topic clearly shows there are problems with the program so I know it's not me calling crap like this out

It's not just the info you listed in this topic that's an issue, hwinfo doesn't even show what speed a processor is running.
I posted a screenshot of my processor page and the number I set my processor to run at doesn't even show up in the CPU section which is why I posted it and instead of asking me the details and getting an answer, I got some troll who also doesn't know how to read hwinfo as well just wasting my time and forum space.

I mean I cannot even tell if the temp hwinfo lists is correct because the speed I set the CPU to isn't even listed in the interface

This site really does make me lol

I'm just going to use hwmonitor that at least is organized and actually shows the speed of the processor and I can see what temp it's running

My patience is over.
Fortunately HWMonitor doesn't have a forum where you could upload your can of worms.
